White Wine Turkey Gravy

4 tbsp flour

5 tbsp lukewarm water

3 ½ cup turkey stock

¾ cup white wine

Salt & pepper to taste

In a 1 cup measuring cup or ramekin, mix the water and flour until smooth.

Pour the turkey stock to a large sauce pot and bring to a simmer.

Gradually add the flour mixture to the turkey stock with a whisk until fully incorporated.

Cook over medium heat, stirring often, until the stock has thickened.

Add the wine and cook for an additional 5-10 minutes.

The stock will thicken as it cooks.
