3lbs of turnips
2tbsp vegetable oil
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp onion powder
Preheat the oven to 425°
Lightly grease a foil baking sheet.
Peel the turnips and cut into French fry sized sticks. Place in a large bowl and toss with the oil until evenly coated.
In a large ziploc bag mix the Parmesan, garlic salt, paprika and onion powder.
Place the cut turnips in the bag and shake to coat. Spread out onto the prepared baking sheet.
Bake until the outside of the turnip is crispy. About 20-30 minutes.
