Tomato Pasta Toss Serves 6

4 ½ cup uncooked Farfelle

3 medium tomatoes, chopped

3 clove garlic, minced

3 tsp extra virgin olive oil

salt and pepper to taste

6 tbsp grated parmesan cheese or ½ cup shaved


Cook the pasta according to the package directions.


In a large serving bowl, combine the tomato, garlic, oil, salt and pepper.


Drain the pasta and add to the tomato mixture. Sprinkle with the parmesan and toss. Serve immediately.
