Mexican Chicken Chowder Serves 6

2 ½ cup chopped cooked chicken

1 can whole kernel corn

1 can condensed cream of potato soup

4oz diced green chiles, undrained

2tbsp snipped fresh cilantro

1 envelope of taco seasoning

3 cup chicken broth

8oz sour cream

4oz Cheez Wiz


Combine chicken, corn, potato soup, green chiles, cilantro, taco seasoning, and chicken broth in a crock-pot and cover. Cook on low for 8-10 hours or on high for 4-5 hours.


In a small bowl combine the sour cream with 1 cup of the soup from the crock-pot until blended. Pour the sour cream mixture into the crock-pot and add the cheez wiz. Cover. Cook for additional 5-10 inmutes.
