Low Carb Pizza Serves 1


1 low carb wrap

2 -3 tbsp Pizza Sauce

¼ cup shredded mozzarella cheese

8 slices pepperoni


Preheat the oven to 375°


Spray a foil cookie sheet with spray olive oil and place the wrap on the cookie sheet.


Spray the top of the wrap with the olive oil and place in the oven. Bake for 3-5 minutes, or just until lightly crisp. (no longer floppy)


Remove from the oven and top with the pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese and pepperoni. Bake for 3-5 minutes, or until the cheese has melted and the sauce is hot.


Serve with your favorite pizza spices.
