1 loaf Rye bread
¾ lb Thinly sliced deli turkey breast
½ lb of sliced mozzarella cheese
1 large green bell pepper, sliced
butter
Butter one side of the rye bread for grilling and place 4-5 slices of turkey on unbuttered side. Top with 1-2 slices of mozzarella and a slice or 2 of the green pepper. Top with another slice of buttered rye bread, buttered side up. Grill in a medium frying pan over medium heat until golden (about 4-5 minutes)on both sides and the cheese has melted.
