Easy Chicken Tortilla Soup Serves 8-10

2-3 cups shredded cooked chicken

32oz of chicken broth

3 10.75oz cans of cream of tomato soup

1 20oz can of black beans with liquid

1 large can of black olives, sliced

1 ½ cup shredded Cheddar cheese

1 package taco seasoning

2 dashes hot sauce

2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and chopped

1 bunch of cilantro chopped

Tortilla chips


Combine all of the ingredients except the cilantro and the Tortilla chips, in a crock-pot and cook until heated through. Add the cilantro right before serving and garnish with the tortilla chips.
