Corn Chowder

4 cup chicken broth

2 14oz cans creamed corn

1 10oz package of frozen corn

2 cups diced potato

1 lb cubed chicken

½ lb Andouille sausage, diced

1 cup heavy cream

¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro

If the chicken is precooked, put all the ingredients into a crock-pot and cook until the potatoes are tender.

If the chicken is raw, put all the ingredients except for the cream and cilantro into a crock-pot and cook for 7 hours. Then add the cream and cilantro and cook for 20-60 minutes.

Serve with warm Sourdough bread.
