Brie Pomegranate Phyllo Cups Makes 30


2 boxes mini phyllo cups

1 jar Fig jam

8 oz wheel brie, cut into cubes (about ¾”)

Chopped pecans

8 0z Pom Poms Pomegranate seeds


Preheat oven to 350º


Place the phyllo cups on a baking sheet or in mini muffin cups and bake for about 3 minutes to toast.


Fill each cup with ½ tsp jam and a cube of brie, top with some chopped pecans bake for about 10 minutes or until the cheeses has melted.


Top each cup with some pomegranate seeds and serve.
