1 Boursin cheese
1 egg, beaten
Preheat oven to 410°
Cut a piece of parchment paper and place on a cookie sheet.
Place some flour and panko into a separate bowls or pie plates.
Roll the Boursin in the flour to coat.
Roll the flour coated cheese in the egg to cover and then roll in the panko to cover.
Place the cheese on the prepared cookie sheet and bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown. At this point you can turn the oven to broil and cook for 1 minute.
Serve warm with your favorite crackers.
