7 Can Chicken Taco Soup Serves 6

1 can black beans, drained and rinsed

1 can pinto beans, drained and rinsed

1 can petite diced tomatoes (do not drain)

1 can sweet corn, drained

1 deli oven roasted chicken, deboned and shredded

1 10 oz can green enchilada sauce

14 oz chicken broth

1 packet taco seasoning

½ tsp ground cumin

½ tsp chili powder

½ tsp garlic powder


Add all the ingredients into a large saucepot and bring to a boil.


Simmer until ready to serve.
